The qualitative contact with the consumer

We are constantly immersed in the intimacy of your consumers, which allows us to 'feel' what is important and to identify evolutions as well as disruptions.

We organize at least 100 consumer panels each year, hundreds of individual interviews, dozens of POS studies. We are directly in touch with the customer or the citizen: at home, in his/her POS, in the places where (s)he lives and consumes.

Our qualitative attitude expresses itself through the principle of active animation: contact, intense listening, permanent change of form of expression.

Adapted to each target, active animation helps customers and citizens to fully express themselves.

We think that people expressing themselves with the most possible authenticity is at the core of a high-quality study.
