Adapted methods for specific problems

Our techniques of data collection are adapted to the issue at stake.

  • Depending on the case, we rather appeal to semiological analysis; face-to-face, in situ, ethnological or projective interviews; focus groups; creative motivation workshops; creativity sessions...

The interview techniques are also chosen and combined according to the topic and the target.

  • For instance we do not interview teenagers or adults in the same way.

We give importance to the combination of several forms of expression.

  • We combine discussion with projective exercises or verbal and non-verbal techniques, like expression through images or Lego. Each of these forms of expression brings a different point of view.

Somewhat like good wine-makers, we look for a fair balance between the richness of the consumers' expression and 'over-extraction'.
